We have a strict hiring procedure to make sure we only hire the most qualified carers. Before getting references from past employers and running an Standard DBS check, we conduct a face-to-face interview.

Training for Staff

We require multidisciplinary training for all of our care team members. They include more specialized topics like Dementia Awareness, Stroke Awareness, Safeguarding, and Mental Health Issues
